Their Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored Protein is great. Just wish I could try more of their products.
But, customer inquiries flat-out go ignored.
No one ever responds to the contact form or emails and their phone is set up with an option to leave a voicemail message, but once you select that option, you're met with an "Option Unavailable" error. Red flags.
I myself have been trying to get a basic item availability inquiry answered for over a month now.
Go ahead- I encourage you to try contacting them yourself if you have a question. ANY question.
You will not receive a response because this is apparently another one of those garbage companies set up to take consumers' money, but doesn't stand behind it's products. It's another one of those companies that slime their way out of ever being held accountable. What a shame.
I am so deeply disappointed in my experience with this company, I will not be buying their Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored Protein anymore, even though I liked the product, simply because I cannot in good conscience continue to give my (very) hard earned money to fatten the bottom line of a company that's so evasive.
